Returns / Exchanges
We will offer a full refund or exchange on goods that are faulty, damaged. To do this, just send an email to eetswasmoke@outlook.com or contact our business number 0492818210 with your order number, detailing the problem, along with photos of the goods and your order number. This must be done as soon as possible otherwise we will assume that your items have arrived in good working order.
If you would like to receive a refund or return an item due to change of mind, the item must be returned unused and undamaged within 3 days of receiving it. Used items cannot be returned.
All items that are to be returned must be sent in their original, undamaged packaging addressed to the following:

All refunds will be made in the same way you paid and should be finalised within 3-5 business days of the date the refund is processed.
