Delivery prices & estimates

$14.95 Standard shipping – will be delivered within 2-6 business days after dispatch
$19.95 – Express shipping – will be delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch

PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED WITH THE CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD OF BANK TRANSFER AND NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Please note that delivery to rural areas may take longer than usual.

Processing time

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch orders.

Orders that are paid by bank deposit, will only be dispatched once the payment has been cleared.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive and email detailing your tracking number which can be tracked using the following links:

If nobody is present to accept delivery, your package will be left in a safe place or it will be taken to your nearest post office. You will have a maximum of 5 business days to collect your package. If not, your it will be sent back to us. A fee of $8.95 for standard shipping or $14.95 for express shipping will be charged to resend the package to you again.

Please note that Get Candy is not responsible for any delays during delivery once your order has been dispatched.
